Haulotte Group launches a Customer Satisfaction Survey
Haulotte Group would like feedback from customers to enable us to improve our products and services. In the current climate it is more important than ever that we listen to our customers and understand how to meet and exceed their expectations. To achieve this we are undertaking a global satisfaction survey.
We have appointed an agency to carry out the survey on our behalf. The agency will ask customers to mark our performance and how we can improve. A number of customers in the UK and Ireland will be contacted by telephone soon. We thank you in advance for your time and for giving us your views.
The survey will be followed up with an action plan that will enable Haulotte to improve its products and services to customers in the future.
